1. Commitment to Application Security

PixelCraftin Studio values the security community and welcomes responsible disclosures from independent researchers to help maintain the integrity, privacy, and safety of our users' career data.

2. Guidelines for Responsible Research

When identifying potential vulnerabilities, we request that you:

• Avoid privacy violations, data destruction, and interruption or degradation of production services.
• Refrain from accessing, modifying, or downloading private user data belonging to other accounts.
• Give our engineering team reasonable time to validate and patch identified vulnerabilities prior to public disclosure.

3. Reporting Mechanism & SLA

Please send vulnerability reports with detailed reproduction steps and proofs-of-concept (PoC) to security@pixelcraftin.co.in. Our security response team will acknowledge receipt of reports within 24 business hours.

4. Safe Harbor

If you conduct vulnerability research in accordance with these guidelines, we consider your actions authorized, will not initiate legal action against you, and will work with you to remediate the vulnerability swiftly.
