1. Overview & Privacy Promise
At PixelCraftin Studio, we treat your resume with absolute confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information (PII) to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers under any circumstances.
2. Data Collection & Automated 24-Hour Purge
When you upload a resume for ATS analysis, your document is processed in isolated execution environments. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023, all raw resume files and temporary parsing buffers are permanently purged within 24 hours.
3. Zero Public AI Training
Your resume text, contact details, and work experiences are never used to train public machine learning or foundation models. All AI analysis is performed through encrypted private API endpoints with zero data retention guarantees.
4. Security & Encryption Standards
All network data transmission is secured using TLS 1.3 encryption. User accounts and payment records are safeguarded with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in Supabase and Cashfree Payment Gateway integration.
5. User Rights & Immediate Deletion
