2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, send an email to billing@pixelcraftin.co.in with your registered account email and Cashfree Order ID. Refunds are processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time directly from your user dashboard. When cancelled, your premium features remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle without further charges.
4. Exceptions & Abuse Prevention
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day initial purchase period are not eligible for reimbursement. Accounts identified as conducting fraudulent activity or abusive programmatic scraping are ineligible for refunds.
